Dsc Alarm Memory Light On

This is a short video on how to view and clear alarm memory with a dsc power series alarm system.

The alarm memory will automatically he displayed when the system is disarmed see disarming the system. Press the then 3 keys to display the zone which caused the alarm. Once the alarm is off try to find out why. Alarm memory when an alarm occurs the memory indicator and fire indicator if applicable will turn on.

The alarm memory light will remain on until the alarm is armed and disarmed once. To clear the memory arm and disarm the system. The corresponding sensor number will flash. To view which sensor s generated the alarm press 3.

Dsc commands vary a bit from model to model. When that happens you will need to reset the sensors using the keypad on the control unit. Alarm memory display if the memory light is on an alarm has occurred during the last time armed period. To reset the alarm or the warning lights enter your master code twice press the reset button and then enter 72 if the alarm is still ringing.
